No nation state shall be recognized within the global community that has established itself through hostilities, force, oppression and, or, genocide; nor, through any manner of ascension that is founded through hatred of one party against another. Peoples shall derive rights of being indigenous through a consecutively settled sovereign governance - whether originally organized through common practise; or, through occupation since the beginning of time.
